            The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill:

             On page 5, line 11, by removing the period and inserting a colon and the following:

            “Provided, That an applicant who fails a drug test may not retake the drug test for 30 days.”

            And,

            On page 5, line 12, by inserting a new paragraph (H) to read as follows:

            “The applicants parents or legal guardian shall be immediately notified of the results of the drug test.”

            And,

            On page 9, line 8 by removing the word, “shall” and inserting the word, “may”.
